Diversity of Governing Body
We are committed to having a diverse governing body as this will help us to provide a broad and better quality debate and discussion and will therefore be better for the school, to achieve this we need a variety of perspectives, skills, ages, genders, cultures, and ethnicities.
We appreciate the individual strengths of each governor and the potential they bring. Having a diverse governing board provides a connectedness between the school and our stakeholder community. It helps to ensure that all stakeholders feel valued. It will increase the confidence of the community in the school because those making decisions understand the lives, context, and aspirations of the community we serve.
